Bean Counting Firm is owned by Tracie Hannick, E.A. Tracie’s a graduate of Sonoma State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operations and Management with post-graduate classes at Chico State University. She’s licensed to practice before the IRS and Franchise Tax Board, and is also a Licensed Tax Consultant in the state of Oregon. In addition, Tracie is a Licensed Insurance Agent for Life and Health Insurance in California.
We have owned several businesses and we have trusted Tracie with our business and personal taxes for many years. Tracie is extremely knowledgeable and keeps current on the difficult tax codes. Her unique blend of professionalism, integrity, sense of humor and kind smile are why we remain loyal clients.
I have found Tracie to be the sharpest, most professional, tax agent I’ve ever used. There is no guessing with her, she checks your file before giving a you a thorough answer. She’s saved me money and time, and made me very happy at tax time.
Timeliness, Quality, Offerings, Other, Customer Service, Patience.
Back in 2003 I was a little apprehensive about switching bookkeeping firms. After a short period of time, I was convinced that using Bean Counting Firm was the best decision I could have made, and I’ve been pleased ever since. Tracie Hannick has been a trusted advisor to me, leading us through any complexities we have encountered. They provide so much hands-on service and education. Truly our relationship is priceless! I highly recommend Bean Counting Firm to any company or individual!
It’s been said that nothing is certain but death and taxes. I can certainly understand the sentiment of that statement; however, I would add one additional ‘constant’ to my life – consistently getting A+ tax service and advice from Tracie Hannick and her team at Bean Counting Firm. My wife and I have affectionately called Bean Counting Firm our “tax people” for the past four years. Before our relationship with Tracie and her team began, I did my best to wade through the murky tax waters on my own. As our lives became more complex (split time between states, kids, home ownership, etc.), so did our financial situation and it became obvious that we needed to call in the pros. Due to our previous work together as colleagues some years back, I already knew and trusted Tracie to be competent, dedicated, and thorough. Little did I know that she had become even better at what she did as the years passed on. Sounds strange to say, but the truth of the matter is that I look forward to tax season because I know I get to work with Tracie as we annually get our financial house in order. I gladly pay her to handle our taxes and would encourage (and in fact have encouraged) anyone and everyone to quickly lose the name and number of your current ‘tax people’ and call Bean Counting Firm to help you with your taxes from now until that other constant in life – death.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in August 2015. In total I had 8 rounds of chemo, 2 lympectomies, a double masectomy and 4 other reconstructive surgeries. During all of this time it became clear to me that many services are lacking. There are many people who cannot afford what I considered basic needs: rides (or gas money) to and from chemo or radiation, wigs, prosthetics, groceries, travel to appointments, and many more needs. Along with friends, I am creating this non-profit to help people who are working to get their lives back.
